Backing up from ScoOpenServer 5.0.4 to Linux RED Had 7.3

Hello.

I have a backup dds2 Dat Tape that was made on a Sco Openserver machine Version 5.0.4 it was made on a DDS2 Tape
Drive I now want to restore the data from that Dat tape on to a server which is running Linux Red Hat 7.3 and also has a scsi dds4 Dat drive any ideas on what commands to use

How was made the backup on the OSR5.0.4 machine ?

If the tape was made with tar, you should be able to use tar on linux to extract files.

Works between my 5.0.6/5.0.7 machines a redhat 8
