I am having problems clearing out the Exchange Transaction Logs on my Exchange 5.5 server.
I am using
NT 4.0 Server sp6a
Exchange 5.5
ArcserveIT 6.61
Exchange Agent
The backups are finishing Incomplete
the error that comes up during the backup is:
E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Information Store, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (69)"Read/Write error in named pipes.".)
It then backs up 0 kb of Transaction Logs and finishes Incomplete.
The problem is that there are Gbs worth of transaction logs on the server that have not been cleared out.
Any ideas?
