How do you backup the user Mailboxes and Public Folders in Exchange 2003? I've searched around for anything that will explain how to do it but I can't find any info on it other that vague references that say 'you should backup.' Help Please.

You can use NTBackup to backup the store, either to tape, or a local file or a network location.

Run 'ntbackup', expand the 'Mirosoft Exchange Server' object, expand the server, and check the store.
