Backing up data using Veritas 9.1 (Loading Media...) Problem

All,

I am having a problem backing up data from my ms server 2003. I am using Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 and Dell PowerVault 128T as the tape drive. Evertime I try to backup using Veritas it keeps saying (Loading Media) - but then nothing.....

Any help in why it is not backing up to the tape drive it would be much apprcaited. I just cannot get it to backup anything ------ fustrating.

Any ideas...
