Backing up Call Manager

Does anyone know of a way to exclude certain files/servers from the Call Manager Backup? We are having a problem where one of our cluster nodes that is in another site for fail over is causing the backup to fail. I am already backing up that file from the main server and need to get a full completed backup but that never happens as it stalls at 91% on one of the tftp files which is around 1Gb in size. Any help would be great.

System version: 10.5.2.12900-14
