Backing UP a Snap Server Using Arcserve for Netware 7

I have just installed a Quantum Snap Server 1100 on my Novell 5.1 network. I have upgraded Arcserve 6.6 to Arcserve 7 for Netware. I have found out after I purchased the software that you could not back up this server because it is in a bindery format. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can recognize the snap server and if there is a way to do this. I can see the snap server on the Manager program but cannot see the files and folders.
