Backing up a NetWare cluster

I'm trying to backup a two-node cluster remotely with BE 9.1. When I installed the agent on the primary server it abended after prompting me to reconfigure the shared volume. The agent now loads without prompting to reconfig again but it doesn't allow the admin s/w to see the shared volumes. Any ideas? Has anybody managed this one yet?
