Trying to perform a backup a BCM 3.7 prior to a 4.0 upgrade. Whenever I try to perform backup I receieve the following error:

"Apache Active Scripting Runtime Error

There is not enough space on the disk.
Line #169, Char#5"

I get this error no matter if I'm trying to backup to the BCM itself or a remote network share. This has worked in the past so I'm at a loss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a quick follow up to my previous post, the Line and Char #s are never the same every time I try back the unit up.

Dont worry about backing up Apache, just do everything else and see what happens?

did as you suggested with the same result. Also rebooted BCM. The BCM does pass the pre check

Someone probably backed up to the BCM in the past because they couldn't get it to backup to their PC. You will probably find that the E drive is the culprit.

Just go in via the serial port, navigate to the E drive and deleted everything on it. It's just used for temporary storage and for the backups if you do a backup to the BCM. Seen it many times in the past.

Good Luck.

Do you know if the system is up to date with the patches? I believe there is a patch that corrects that issue.
