when i insert a flash movie in a VBA and change the field wmode to transparent (in ocx) the backgroubd color keep the movie color. There's any way to make background transparent ?

this only works for ie....and you cannont have a background color specified....i think...but your html for the flash should read <paramname wmode=transparent> if i remember correctly
