Background with photoshop text is shuddering

I have a Background layer with text on it that moves right to left across the screen at a readable speed but the text seems to shuder as it moves across and becomes harder to read. I'm not sure if its some sort of render problem or some thing else. Any thoughts would be appreciated..

Try rendering the animation with FIELDS instead of frames (usually Lower frame first)

The problem with the stuttering occurs during playback. They eye is tricked into seeing that stutter by the screen's refresh rate. Fields will correct that.
