background = TRANSPARANT (?) can i do this?

I can't think of a way to do it. The assumption has always been that if you display a window for the user, you're going to put stuff in there they're going to want to see, so why make it transparent?<br>
<br>
You may be able to take advantage of transparent windows by making native method calls (if the OS has such support). But that has it's own disadvantages, of course.<br>

ok, i got a thing, that scrolls these words, and the <i>background</i> needs to be changeable so it meshes into the background colour/image.<br>
