Hello everyone!

Can some one tell me what ATTN RETN ( call returned to the attendant) means?

We have a customer that uses Automatic wake up and some times they get this message and is usually acompanied by a ticked off guest saying they didnt get their wake up call. What could the reason be?

Any help in this matter world be apreciated

If the call is unanswered after one to three attempts, or if it is blocked by
heavy traffic or system malfunction, it is either returned to the attendant or
disconnected, depending on the option selected in the software (LD 15).

I might add a phone set to DND by the guest would also be blocked.
