Hi!
What format of audio files is best to use for streaming audio (as background)?
I don't like user to be redirected to download players, and other necessary stuff...
Thanx in advance for any comments!

I'd use Windows Media Player streaming files. Everyone who uses windows has some version of it. I used to get very frustrated before I got Real Media Player because most songs seem to be in that format.

Sorry, maybe I didn't explain in previous post what I would like to do...
I wanted to play small (100-200KB) audio file as background sound in my web pages. But I can't decide what audio format to use...

That's what I thought you meant. You know how to do add the sound to the page, you just want to know what type of file to make it, right? I said to use Windows Media Streaming files in comparison with Real Media Streaming files because more people can support WMA files.

If you wanted the html to add it to the page, just do this:

<bgsound src="sound.wma" autostart="true" loop="1">
