Background in target frame when pointing to an image

The following question was asked in April 2000. The answer given was that there is no way to do this unless you put your image in an html file and then point to that. is this still true with the most recent version of Frontpage??


A hyperlink (from a photo) aimed at another frame in the page displays on a white background. How can I change the background to match the color scheme of the rest of the page?
