Background Images in Firefox?

Here is my problem: I'm developing a site with a large background image, the problem is, it doesn't show up in Firefox, although it does in IE (haven't checked the mac yet) anyhow, is this an inherint problem for Firefox? Here's my site:

it's also lining up all wierd, but I'm thinking about using layers -- after reading some of the other posts. Any insight always appreciated!
