background image

Hi guys,

my boss gave me a huge of a problem. it doesnt look that complicated at first. He wants me to stretch an image when set as a background in either the body of the page or a table in that page. for example, i have a suitable background image with width and height equal to 800 and 600 pixels respectively. he wants to see this stretched appropriately when the use views the page in 1024x768 resolution. any ideas?
