hello

I try to insert a background image on each page I print. I've insert the image in a headersection an check the option 'Underlay Following Sections'. But I can't start the image straight on the bottom of the lettre. There is still text under the image that come from a sub-report. When I insert the image in the sub-report, then it use more space and it print standard 2 pages.
How can I solve this issue?

kind regards
Dan

I'm not following the problem. When you place the image in the page header and resize the page header to be full page size, and then you format it to underlay following sections, what is the resulting problem? Is the subreport data not visible?

hi Lb

sorry for my late reaction, but i'm still interest in a solution.

How can I see in the design modus what the full page size is? I've try a few times difference sizes, but I can't get the picture on the bottom of the page. Or iget a few pages instead the one I need, or I've one page with the logo in the middle and evereytime the sub report onder the logo.

kind regards
Dan

Please explain whether the letter is in the main report or in the subreport. What report section is the letter in? What report section is the subreport in? What is in the subreport?

I just placed a picture at the bottom of a page header section that I stretched to be about 10" (for a letter size paper) and formatted the section to "underlay following sections". Then I added a subreport to a group section and suppressed the detail section. The subreport printed on top of the picture. Note that you might have to format the subreport (format->subreport->common tab->uncheck "Keep Object Together") to get it to print on page one. Also if you have a report header, you on page one only, you should format it to new page after to that the image consistently appears at the bottom of the pages.
