Background effects.

Hello.
I'm trying to achieve a similar background effects as in

Please notice the shading effect around the Flash movie. Does anybody have any idea how to achieve that? Thanks in advance.

its just normal images imported into the flash file.

That's done in the HTML page that holds the Flash movie - it's a background image that tiles so that it looks seamless, here's the code that is loading in the graphic from that site:
