Background displays on 7961 phones

I cant get my 7961 phones to see the background displays that I made. I had to create \Desktops\320x212x12 in \ProgramFiles\Cisco\TFTPPath. I also had to create a List.xml file. I think my syntax is wrong, can someone confirm?

Isn't the 7961 supposed to be:

320x196x4 ?

The 7970 is 320x212x12 ...

The XML looks fine.

Do I need to change URL to URI?

The file looks fine to me. URL is correct. I assume:

1. The case of the files is correct
2. You have copied this to all TFTP servers
3. You have restarted the TFTP Service.
