Background Colors

With the form open there is a right error in the upper right corner. Click it and select Preferences. Then click Accessibility. There is a section for Color Scheme - if you select "Custom Color Scheme" you can select your form background and text color for the entire form.
You can also adjust the colors for fields (fillColor) individually as needed either setting them during development or setting them programatically. There's probably a way to adjust the background programatically but I haven't looked for it yet.
