I don'tknow of this possibility (at least not in older browsers like IE4 and NN4.7)
But there is a way to make your own popups with your own bgcolor:
Click the upper-left example "Popups" in the table and then right-click (view source) in the window to see the code. Don't forget the small peace in the <head></head>
