Backep Exec 9.0 remote agent keeps rebooting NT4 server

I'm having a problem with one of my NT4 servers, it keeps rebooting itself. The error seems to be when backing up the information store.

The server is NT4 with Exchange 5.5, it has the Backup Exec 9 remote agent installed and a Compaq 40/80 DLT tape connected to it.

Could anybody help ??
