Backdoor.Trojan Virus in explorer.exe

Norton has detected the Backdoor.Trojan in my C:\WINNT\Fonts\explorer.exe Norton stated it could not repair or quarantine it. And suggested I delete the file and replace it with an uncorrupted one. My operating system is Windows 2000 Professional Is there anyone out threre who can email me an uncorrupted above file so I can delete the corrupted one and replace it with the clean one????

explorer.exe does not reside in the fonts folder just delete it for safe mode
