Back up very slow on Netware 4.11 network

High All,

We had a situation last night where the power was cut to the building for 2 hours. 4 servers crashed, 3 NW4.11 and 1 linux. All ahve come back up ok except.............

THe Mail server which also runs Backup exec 7.11d is starting the back ups but is incredibly slow!
It starts on the file and print server first.

Can anyone help please?
