Back up secured database

What's the best practice for backing up a database with user level security for getting a copy on another drive that's ready to run with just one click.

 
I'd use the FileCopy command to copy the backend to another location and the same command to restore the backup copy into the live location.

Providing you don't have any forms open that are bound to a table in the back end this should work fine.

There are plenty of more elegent/complex ways of achieving a backup as well, but this is nice and simple.
