I will be replacing a failing partner mail r4.1 module next week. My question is, can I save the current settings & configuration... then restore them into the new module?? If so, how ? and where to? It is a standard partner mail 4.1 moudule with a 4x20 expansion card. Configured with a Partner ACS R 4. Thanks in advance! BQ

Back up partner mail settings before replacment ?

Sorry, no way to backup a R4. Backup capability started with R5. You will maintain the setup info in the ACS, but you will have to reprogram your greetings, menus, mailboxes, etc. If backup is a concern you should replace your R4 with a R5 or a Partner Messaging. Brian Cox
