Hello!

I don't understand -> how works Back-up ACD Group?
I'm testing Back-up ACD Group. I programmed:
ACD Group:
ACGRI:GRP=3004,LIM=5,SERV=10000,TRAF=15,SEL=11363,QUE=10000992525,ACTC=60;
ACGRI:GRP=3006,LIM=6,SERV=10000,TRAF=15,SEL=11363,QUE=10000992525,ACTC=60;
and Back-up ACD Group:
ACBGI:GRP=3004,BKG=3006;

Every ACD Group works OK but only independently.
I logg-on one agent to every group (3004 and 3006).
When I try to dial 3004 (ACD grpup in LIM 5), it's OK, I answer a call.
When I try to dial 3006 (ACD grpup in LIM 6), it's OK, I answer a call.
but
When I logg-off every agent from ACD 3004 and I try to dial 3004 the Back-up ACD group 3006 hasn't any call. This work's wrong. I see on the telephone Dialog 3212 -> "Every absent".

I want to have a situations:
I logg-off every agent from ACD 3004 and dial 3004. I want to pickup this call in 3006 ACD Group.

How works Back-up ACD Group?
The ACD Back-up Group works only when the LIM (in my situations LIM 5) becomes unavailable, i.e. blocked, isolated or restarts ???

Thank's a lot for your support.

Initiate a CDINI on 3004 to 3006 and your call to 3004 shall go to 3006 (when 3004 is empty)

An ACD back-up group must be used in case of a blocked, isolated or restarting LIM. In order of this your ACD is not available and then it's usefull to have a back-up group.

Use for an empty group CDINI.
