Hey!

I ahve made a queue on my Voicemail pro. After 3 minutes, the user goes to the "leave" part of the queue, and get a menu: "we are very busy, please press 1 to leave a message or continue to hold" 1 to leave a message works fine, but how do i get the caller back into the second queue announcement, without deleting their $POS in the queue? i ahve tried a GO TO "queuegroup" and a "Transfer" to the queuegroup, but no go.

Please help me, gurus.

Instead of leaving the queue use $TimeQueued in your StillQueued message and play a different prompt when the value is above 180 seconds.

So how would my stillqueued flow look then? right now i ahve a starting point, followed by a "generic" wit a speak that gives "you are queued as $POS" ??

By having VM answer I am pretty sure you are resetting their position in the queue anyway :)

Transfer $ACD

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Im not following. Should i make a transfer with the destination $ACD in my LEAVE group, if the customer doesnt press 1 to leave a message?

Could you pin it out for me?

Alternately:
Using the 'Queued' and 'Still Queued' methods, a check on '$TIMEQUEUED' or '$TIMESYSTEM' could be used to determine how long the caller has been waiting.

Create a Condition, Say 'TimeQueuedMoreThan3Mins', that Checks the Variable '$TIMEQUEUED' is 'Greater Than' value '180', (3 Miniutes)

Use the Condition 'TimeQueuedMoreThan3Mins' in the 'Still Queued' callflow, and on the True exit provide the Menu option as described, 'To leave a message Press 1, To Stay in the Queue Press 2'. Would suggest enabling the Menu Timeout element too.

Connect the '1' exit to a 'LeaveMail' Action

either leave the '2' and 'Timeout' exits unconnected, or connect to a 'Disconnect' Action.

A DTMF 1 hit will allow the caller to leave a message, and is reliant on the caller hanging up having done so.
A DTMF 2 will keep the caller in the same queue.

Note: Untested but a degree of confidence in the solution :)

Soory misread - this is in a leave action....

You need to do thsi from queue, much easier
