back to older sw 1

on a MICS, is it posible to go back to 3.0 from 6.1?
I have a spare NAM 3.0 and a spare 3.0 sw that I would like to use, put when I try to downgrade, the phones keep flashing, is there a way to make this work? I dont like the 6.1 and just trying to use what I have

try to do a startup on the 6.1
pull the plug when the startup begins
install 3.x sw

downgrade changes the system id
