Now that perhaps I've implanted a great sample in your head I will ask if anyone has a line on Communications Assistant Pro v5 (or even v4). I'm in process of going through the partner hoorah but am deploying a PBX that I purchased licenses for (a single 10 pack) HOWEVER as it turns out the vendor is unable to supply the software despite having committed to this when the PBX and cards, licenses, etc were purchased. Thankfully we did get the licenses installed into the PBX however given this is external software the licenses inside the PBX aren't helping any without the installer. Any and all help is of course appreciated. I can't say I can offer much in regards to telco knowledge compared to many that frequent this forum. However, I have 25+ years as a systems administrator / solutions architect for Microsoft products, VMWare, Extreme Network, Sonicwall, of course and Azure (AWS but I no longer can in good conscience do that much business with Amazon despite their implementation of regions and availability zones being so much more logical and just plain simpler than Azure's). So if I can in anyway repay the favor please don't hesitate to ask. I have begun to frequent forums here that would be host to questions about these topics but a small amount and will of course as time permits. I wish this site had PM feature but I digress..

For presentation and user training ( before the final purchase ) you can activate a 60-day Pre-installed license in the PBX (128 CA PRO, 1 CA Supervisor,1 CA Operator )
or use a temporary 10-days license that can be ordered from distributors.

Didn't know about the trial, however the 10 pack we have to start is enough to get the main folks using it and let them decide if additional blocks of 10 are warranted.

All extension can use CA Basic Express, it has limited function in relation to CA PRO, but its free of charge.

Panasonic has just released new virtiual PBX platform KX-NSV300, installed on VMWare or Hyper-V,
there you will have the advantage
