Back Exec 8.6 Dr Watson Error

Has anyone seen this. Veritas says that this error along with event 4097 (which I do not get) means you need to reinstall MDAC. Have done this and it works fine, then crashes in a month or so.

Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Are you running the latest service packs on your windows server (SP3 for 2000, SP6a for NT4) ?

Is your Backup Exec 8.6 version at Revision 3878 ?

No it wasn't. After this post I realized that I had 3808. I have upgraded and I think that will take care of the problem.
