Hello all, i've a big trouble on 5 server with those conf:
-B.E. enterprise Edt. 8.0
-Shared Storage Opt
-Library Exp. Option
In this configuration i'm unable to bakup remote server and this message reported into log file:
License Violation
An Agent Accelerator license is required for protecting remote servers with this edition of Backup Exec.
Please contact your vendor for information on protecting remote servers with this edition of Backup Exec.
Unable to attach to \\XXXXXXXXX\D$.
Normally with this configuration in Trial mode (without licenses installed) or in other configuration you can backup remote server without agent accellerator, why and how can i resolve my problem without install agent on remote server (i've some problem to certificate install on vendors customized server)
