Back Compatable EPS file in CS

Hi all

I'm using Illustrator CS and the printers I'm using have Illustrator 10. I try to send them an EPS that is compatable with ai10 from aiCS.

What do I need to do to enable this process to work? Because at the moment it not working

You need to go: File> Export>Format>Illustrator Legacy, and it should allow you to save as far back as AI3.
