Back Button and Two Frames Problem

I have two frames on a site, a navigation page and content page.

When a link is clicked on the navigation page,
it loads the new navigation page, which using a bit of javascript loads the new page in the content page.

No problem.. but if you click back, it only reloads the previous content page, you have to click back again to reload the correct navigation page.

Any suggestions would be great,
