i am sure this is a well known application which glues to IE , I have used all resources (regedit) but it is still popping up. Any exact detailed solution to completely remove it ??

oh yeah ...went there already ..was hoping for one detailed exact link ...

Perhaps Google is customizing our search results differently. What is the first result you see? How does it not apply to your situation?

ok look, I've been to all other forums , and there is a variety of removals ..but nothing works..(spybot&destroy, revo uninstaller , manual removing ..and on and on and on..) soo i am really lost on how to proceed ..

We could only suggest a new solution if you had told us what you tried already.

I suspect that if you mangled the registry with manual edits, the solutions provided in the top Google results will probably fail because they won't see the necessary registry keys.

Assuming you have a good system restore point, use it.
