BABr11 Licensing 1

When we bought BAB9, we purcahsed it with 3yr upgrade protection, I've downloaded the new BABr11 and wanted to install it, I decided to install it on a test machine 1st to check out the differences.

The problem is the licensing code I got with version 9 don't seem to work with version 11, with upgrade protection don't you think the codes should work or do I need to have CA send me new codes for ver 11, that should be covered by upgrade protection?

You need to contact CA to send you new license codes for v11.

Fill out the upgrade form at:

http://ca.com/channel/emea/upgrade/index.htm

and you will receive an upgrade package with new license codes and media.
