BAB r11.5 SP4 - cstxx.tmp file errors

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help. Arcserve is currently generating millions of cstxx.tmp files on my system once the backup has completed. (Or so I believe)

Looking in the job log generated it seems to finish writing and go to eject the tape:

Then these errors are generated constantly for hours and hours:

These errors then continue on for hours and hours until I kill all the BAB services. This in turn creates millions of .tmp files.

Can anyone help?

at what location are the files created?

put this job on hold, setup a brand new job to backup the same data and then see if the problem happens.
