BAB R11.5 SMTP Alert

Dear -

We are struggling with the SMTP Alerts on a ARcserve R11.5 installation.

Situation
Windows 2003 SP1 (FireWall = Off)
Exchange 2003 SP2
BAB R11.5

When sending alerts from the Alert Manager everything is OK.

When sending alerts from the Backup OPtions everything is OK until we want to attach the "job log". Then the email is still sent according to Alert Log but they never arrive.

Any help here would be much appreciated.
