BAB 11.5 license error

Dear all,
I've installed BAB 11.5 sp2 in our new server (Windows server 2003 & MS-Exchange), but whenever I input the license which it was belonged to our old server, it said that the license number is invalid (already used I guess).
It just higher spec machine than before, OS and application are similar.
Should I uninstall the older installation first ? Then disconnect it from our LAN ?
But how if I forgot to do that, is there any other way to do instead of reinstalling OS ?
