We upgraded to an avaya system at a location, which included several b189s. We ran into an issue where the phone now says "line in use". When I trace that call, I keep seeing a "sip 200" issue. I have compared the configuration to known-good b189s at the site. I have confirmed that there is no other use of the extension the b189 has.
I recall the contractor who installed this, asking for the ip that showed up on the device during the install. Is there a special area that additional configuration is placed at?
