B179 not dialing toll free number

HI,
Strange issue with B179 Conf phone.
User rights are same for all phones including B179. All phones are able to dial outside with/without shortcode.
even B179 can dial ,but only for toll free number starting from 8XXXXXX, b179 cannot dial . the other phones are able to dial this number so theres no issue with land lines.
the error m getting on logs is "Reason: Q.850;cause=1;text="Unallocated (unassigned) number"
tried following:- country change,dtmf to rfc, udp to tcp ,

It sounds like the dial plan on the B179 doesn't like the digits being dialled.

Actually I am not sure it has one like the Polycoms do.

So next thing is a trace from the IPO when a call is attempted.

Hi,
Actually i dont see any logs in IP office, it doesnt touch the IP office itself.
I can only get those errors in B179 logs.
On display of B179 it shows Not found...

I would expect number lenght setting in the B179.

Bu I dont know anything about number lenghts in your locale.

How can we set the number length in B179??
well not able to dial only 8XXX series numbers , even if i add 9 before the the number it doesnt dial... whereas numbers starting from 7XXXXX or any other number , it works fine...
i changed the region on B179 also that also didnt help..

Ok. i had kept it blank... will try to put some codes there too and try....i thought these fields are enabled only if i enable the LDAP..
do let me know if any other thing strikes...
