Can give a crash course real fast? I used to be able to assign the B1 adn B2 of my voicemail channels to a internal autodial so that i can monitor them from a set.

I want to accomplish this on a BCM1000 3.5

I know the dn of my voicemail, but how do i find all the b2 so that i can monitor all 8 channels?

Thats not my fastball, thats my hurry up and get by you pitch... Satchel Paige

B2 is generally not a dialable DN - dont know if it can be stored on one touch

Under maintenance you can see B1, B2 of a port #

where? not in the same place as the ICS world.

in the Norstar world i can see the B1 and B2 under maintenance, but not in the BCM. I see a list of B2's but not sure what the B1 is for each. You can set the B1 and B2 as autodials to monitor the channels of a CP. I don't want to call the ext associated with the B2, just want to watch while it is in use. This is a recommended trouble shooting tip from Nortel on ICS products, should work on BCM's.

Use Bcm Monitor to find out all your voice mail ports then try to assigned them on a set but i'm not sure if it will work.
