[b]WordPerfect Office 2000 SP3 - unable to print[/b]

Hi guys/gals,

User running W2k SP4 with WordPerfect 9 (SP3) cannot print to any network printer. There are several users in the room who have the same setup and they are all working fine and able to print. She doesn't know if she has changed any options and i've had a quick look and nothing I try seems to work. As other users are ok the problem lies with settings on her WordPerfect, any ideas why this is the case?
