[b]Translating a Chinese website to English

I wasn't sure where to post this thread at so I am sorry if I am in the wrong area. But I am trying to access a webpage (

http://www.aqsiq.gov.cn)

which is in Chinese...I need to be able to read this website in English...can anyone tell me how I can get this translated? I have tried several free translating tools on the web and they do not work.
I am running windows 2000.

I would suggest you find someone who can understand both Chinese and English to do the translation for you. To my knowledge there are no Chinese <> English automagic translators (for any playform).

into a Google search. The first link is their page, and there is a "Translate this page" link next to it.

OK - So Google's translator does nothing to help. Ignore that suggestion ;o)

only problem is the webpage exceed the free version but they offer software that can do the job for you.
