I want to reset my column after every week, I dont want to group in my date field to do so, is there anyway i can go about resetting my datas every week?

For ex i have these below column in group order on "days":

days date hours
---- ---- -----
sun 1/2/2005 5
mon 1/3/2005 6
tues 1/4/2005 7
sun 1/9/2005 0
mon 1/10/2005 5
tues 1/11/2005 7
sun 1/16/2005 0
mon 1/17/2005 2

i want to have:

days date hours totalhours
---- ---- ----- -----------
sun 1/2/2005 5 5
mon 1/3/2005 6 11
tues 1/4/2005 7 18
sun 1/9/2005 0 0
mon 1/10/2005 5 5
tues 1/11/2005 7 12
sun 1/16/2005 0 0
mon 1/17/2005 2 2

and so on...

please note except the first sunday, all other "hours" in sundays (i.e. beginning of each week) are already resetted to 0.

I dont want to group in my date field but I want to know if I can use any formula or anything else to reset total hours beginning of every week, thanks.

[ol][li]You can group on Weeks. Delete or suppress the group name [/li]
[li]then group on days[/li]
[li]create running total with reset on week[/li][/ol]

Cheers,

Can I change group order, 'cause like I already grouped in "days" and whenever i create any new groups it comes later to group in "days"? If i can, how so please let me know.

Thanks,
Tanzina

If you suppress the week group headers and footers, it will look just like your original report
