Hi

Can anyone tell me of a reliable usb handset that works well with the i2050 softohone.

Nortel only seem to do heasets for softphones.

Nortel has two versions of their USB Adapter. One of them has an RJ jack into which you can plug in a handset.

You did say handset, but in case you meant haedset, I use a plantronics Digital DSP HDD and it works great.
