I have a system running on an Oracle database which uses CLOBS and BLOBS.
CLOB: Character Large object
BLOB: Binary Large Object
Is there any way I can access the data contained in these type of fields with Crystal.

I have attempted to create a report with Crystal 8.5 & 10 and although I can see the field I cannot access the "Nested" fields within.

Any suggestions/solutions would be most appreciated.

Thanlks in advance.

I have only used BLOBS from Oracle as images and Crystal will display them.

I have only used CLOBS when they stored RTF or HTML data.
In which case you should be able to use the Crystal text interpretor.

Place Clob on report, right click -> Format Field

On the paragraph tab you will see Text Interpretation you can select RTF or HTML. The HTML interpretor is very basic and does not always have the most up to date HTML expressions.
