I have a call manager express, and I have a directory with 9 people in that directory. I need to add one other person to that directory. When you call in you can press 1-9 to get those people. How do I add ther 10th person to that directory; so that someone can press 10 to get the 10th person in the directory. When I press the 1 I get the first person in the directory. I'm not able to press both numbers.

I really appreciate your help.

I don't think CME allows for double digit access, you would have to cascade menus... for example break it down into departments, or into sections of the alphabet.

basically Adman means you need to group people together, so callers hear "For sales press 1, for service press 2, for shipping press 3".

Then you build a target menu so after they press 1, they hear "For Joe Smith press 1, for Sally Jones press 2"

That kind of thing.

It's documented in the CUE script editor guide.

Could someone please help me with this menu? I'm having a problem it's not doing what I want it to do. I know someone has more expertise on this type of thing.
