I have Multicall DN that shows up on all Exts in a Dept. They wish in times of Emergency to be able to Call Fwd that DN to a Menu VMbox. Right now I'm trying to use CFW 3rd party feature with out any luck. Any other ideas out there?

need to enable Group Call Forward Follow me on the sets, and use the follow me call forward.

You need to hit the line key first then do the code

I like the group call forward. I have a Menu VMbox of 3339 with a phantom ext of 3339. I have 3338 CFW to 3339. When I call 3339 internally or externally I get the correct VM Menu. But when I call 3338 I get the Out of Service display.

You need to create a MB that matches the digits of the Original Dialed Digits. Mitel is designed to retain the original dialed digits regardless of forwarding hops and integrate with the original party when the call gets to voicemail.

There are ways to break this chain but they can be complicated. There are also reasons not to such as retaining the ability to put associated MWI keys on selected phones.

If the Multicall key is 3338 then the MB should be 3338. You should be able to use 3rd party call fwd to direct 3338 anywhere you want. I've never had it fail so I can't tell you what you might be doing wrong.
