Hello there,
I have a problem with a date field in a linked table.
The table is linked to an Excel spreadsheet and one of the fields has a date format which sometimes contains null values. For example when a case has been completed I would put the completion date in this field, and it would therefore remain blank until it was completed.
The problem is that Access has converted all these empty values to the date value = 30/12/1899.
Is there any way that I can get Access to leave these alone as blank values while still recognizing other date values in the same field?
Thank you,
Trystan
